The architects of the portal from NUST explained various aspects of the portal including the national consensus mechanism adopted for selection of indicators. The portal has identified 10 themes, 51 sub-themes, 266 quantitative indicators and 170 qualitative indicators.

NGDP has two facets collation of gender statistics from across the country in a dynamic digital platform and serving as knowledge hub of regional, national and global resources on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

In today’s meeting protocols for national level communication and coordination were also finalised by the regional and provincial focal persons for NGDP.  The meeting was organised with the support from UN Women.
