Historic Milestone for Transgender Rights in Pakistan!

We are thrilled to announce that Interim Chairperson NCSW, Ume Laila azhar , has inaugurated Pakistan's FIRST hospital for the transgender community in #islamabad

This groundbreaking initiative marks a significant step towards promoting inclusive healthcare and social acceptance for the transgender community in Pakistan.

The hospital, established by the #transgender community themselves, aims to provide essential healthcare services to their community, as well as extend support to those in need from the surrounding neighborhoods.

Chairperson Ume-Laila Azhar praised the community's efforts and commitment to alleviating the suffering of their loved ones and the public. She emphasized that the federal government shall provide support to strengthen this hospital and facilitate education for transgender individuals.
