NCSW Launches Interactive Parenting Session on The Art of Parenting in Gilgit Baltistan on 24th February 2025

 

National Commission on the Status of Women, Islamabad (NCSW) has launched a five-day session (24 to 28 February) on the Art of Parenting in Gilgit-Baltistan, aiming to bridge the rising gaps between #generations. The session was inaugurated by Dilshad Bano, a member of the legislative assembly, and is being conducted in collaboration with partner organizations including Dukhtran e pakistan, National Institute of Psychology, and the Aga Khan Development Network.

Ruqqaiya Abbas, member of the board of governors, NCSW in her address said this initiative is part of the national policy to strengthen family bonds and promote constructive discussions within homes. The goal is to foster a more skilled and learned nation, where parents and children can develop comfortable relationships and interact effectively.
