Ms. Neelofur Hafeez a BS-20 officer of Pakistan Secretariat Service (22 Common Training Program) presently posted as Director General/Chief Programs National Commission on the Status of Women M/o Human Rights. As a career professional in the national civil services I have been involved in national development, policy making, project management, human resource management, research and international diplomacy for several years now at the highest level. I have gained tremendous experience of a wide range of sustainable development and management issues with a proven track record in Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, Education Management & Reforms with special focus on Gender & Economic Inclusion through humanitarian programs to improve the lives of women, girls and families in crisis setting by creating empowerment hubs to access cash for work, services, protection and support. I held diverse portfolios of being Joint Secretary United Nations in Economic Affairs Division Joint Secretary Expenditure for Water, Energy & Power Sector in Mo Finance, Joint Secretary Industries & Special Initiatives, Joint Secretary Education , Joint Secretary Human Rights, Director General Benazir Income Support Program to name a few addressing the ambit of Good Governance, Skills Development, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, Clean Development Mechanism, Gender Issues, Poverty Alleviation through Social Safety nets & Human Rights in collaboration with United Nations Country Team, and IFIs like World Bank, Asian Development Bank and numerous international development agencies. I am keen to disseminate this experience and knowledge sharing. I have served as an expert resource to partners on gender integration in humanitarian assistance and recovery framework. I have an expertise in building partnerships and support in developing resource mobilization strategies and an ability to perform a variety of specialized tasks related to Program Management, good knowledge of Results Based Management (RBM). I have done Masters in Education Management from Kings College University of London and an MBA in Project Management. I have been lecturing in aspect of Management for some time and look forward to exploring it further.
